      John sings the hell out of this song…his emotional intent is right on.

      I saw the Baby’s open for Styx in the late 70′s. What a great concert.

      @scott7858 I saw that too at Madison Square Garden. It was 79. Great show. I saw The Baby’s headline 2 weeks later at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Edgar Winter opened.

      These guys wrote catchy music like Journey but never got a lot of attention. Talented band

      The people I turned on this band. They still listen to this album.

      @pepper123 I saw the same Kirschener Rock Concert ~78 when I was kid late at night but from what I remember the babys played “And if you could see my fly”. What a treat to stay up and listen and see these group performers of the late 70′s on TV. Kirschener was a genius!

      My band used to open up with this song, perfect opener, kicks ass!! Met John Waite at a show 4 years ago, he still rocks, voice is as awesome as ever, even hitting the night notes on “Isn’t It Time”!

      Kick ass song! I forgot about The Baby’s until I stumbled across this. I had the album then went out and got the CD so I could listen to it in my car. I still John Waite is at least half gay, but great voice.

      @MAGIK5476 soo true

    25. tjfreak on August 12th, 2010 3:46 pm

      @adrem31 Openers need to be something with a KO punch, this would work. I’m wondering if the opening hi hat count was in the dark & the lights and flash pots erupted when the rest of the boy’s came in ? or on 4 : ) One song we opened with back when was Right or Wrong by Johnny Van zandt band ,it rocked. There are many sound similarities on Head First to the UFO Obsession album mainly” Cherry” also on Chrysalis released in 78
